We’ve been gently taking care of your fish, and they were happy and healthy in our tanks. We know you’ll love them as much as we did.
You are responsible for making sure your pond is ready for new fish. Carefully following the care instructions on the back of the card you receive at checkout will help them continue to thrive.
If you experience fish loss within 7 days of purchase, and we determine, at our discretion, that your pond is ready for new fish, we may offer credit toward new fish (no refunds).
In the event of fish loss, please do the following:
- Bring a water sample from your pond to our retail store during open hours for testing.
- Take a picture of the fish, as well as your pond and filtration system. Do not bring the fish back to the store.
If your new fish looks unhappy after being introduced to your pond, please let us know right away: 717-751-2108, ext. 2.
