Spring Service
An annual deep cleaning helps prepare your pond for a new season of life by removing built-up muck and debris. This service is crucial for keeping your water crystal-clear and your fish happy and healthy.
Here's what we do during your service:
- Gently transfer your fish into a netted and aerated holding tank, then return them after the clean-out is complete
- Flush remaining pond water
- Rinse rocks and gravel, and remove debris
- Clean filters, filter pads, pumps and skimmers
- Check underwater lights and replace as-needed*
*Replacement lights will be billed separately if required.
Spring clean-outs are included in our Essentials, Splash+, Worry-Free and Platinum maintenance plans.
Summer Service
Let us do the work while you sit back and relax. We’ll tidy up your plants, filter and pump and perform other basic preventative maintenance so you can enjoy your pond all season long.
Here's what we do during your service:
- Empty the debris net/basket
- Clean skimmer and filter mats
- Disconnect and clean pump
- Trim plants and fertilize waterlilies
- Cover liner and foam loose rocks
- Check underwater lights and replace as-needed*
*Replacement lights will be billed separately if required.
Summer maintenance is included in our Splash+ (1 visit), Worry-Free (3 visits) and Platinum (2 visits per month) maintenance plans.
Fall Netting Services
Falling leaves look beautiful, but they can create a mess in your pond. Keep your water clean with Fall Netting Service. We’ll make a second visit to your pond once the leaves are down so you can enjoy your tranquil winter pond.
Here's what we do during your service:
- Install netting* over a custom PVC frame
- Clean the skimmer/pump vault, pump, check valve and filter mats
- Cut back aquatic plants and net out excess debris
- Rinse skimmer mats/nets/basket
- Clean pump and check valve
- Turn pump back on
*We will install your existing netting and frame if available. New supplies will be billed separately if required.
Fall Netting is included in our Splash+, Worry-Free and Platinum plans.
Fall Shutdown Service
We recommend shutting down your pond every year for the most peace of mind. Have our crew do the work while you relax somewhere warm.
Here's what we do during your service:
- Disconnect the pump and check valve assembly
- Remove fall netting (if applicable)
- Disconnect and drain your automatic water treatment system (if applicable)
- Install your aerator*
- Store the pump in your skimmer
- Clean filter mats
*We will install your existing aerator if available. New supplies will be billed separately if required.
Fall Shutdown is included in our Essentials, Splash+, Worry-Free and Platinum plans.
Winter Checkup Service
Enjoy peace of mind during the coldest months of the year. Have our crew keep an eye on your pond so you can rest easy knowing your fish will stay happy and healthy beneath the ice.
Here's what we do during your service:
- Add winter water treatments
- Maintain your pump to ensure easy spring startup
- Turn the pump back on or winterize it, depending on preference
- Net out excess debris
- Check your aerator and clean if needed
- Tidy your waterfalls and remove excess winter algae
Winter check-ups are included in our Worry-Free (2 visits) and Platinum (1 visit per month) plans.
No-Fee Pump & Aerator Service
Our Essentials, Splash+, Worry-Free and Platinum plans include no-fee pump and aerator diagnostic service. That means if your pump or aerator experiences any issues at any point throughout the year, we will waive our usual service fee ($582+) and send a team member out to diagnose the problem.
If it’s a simple fix, we’ll take care of it on the spot. (Cost of parts/complex repairs will be discussed with you if needed and billed separately).
No-Fee Leak Diagnostic Service
Our Splash+, Worry-Free and Platinum plans include an additional no-fee leak diagnostic service. That means if you suspect you have a leak at any point throughout the year, we will waive our usual leak diagnostic fee ($876+) and send a team member out to diagnose the problem.
If it’s a simple fix, we’ll take care of it on the spot. (Cost of parts/complex repairs will be discussed with you if needed and billed separately).

We provide pond cleaning, maintenance, design and repair services around southcentral Pennsylvania and northern Maryland.
